Technical sourcer (contract)
Remote, u.sCitizens only
We are looking for an experienced technical sourcer to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Identify qualified candidates that fit contract resourcing requirements
Candidate pipeline development
Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, and cold calling of contacts to help pro-actively identify and source qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring manage
Prepare and manage job postings on internal and external sites
Source and review resumes using resume search engines and other databases
Track candidate information using internal systems
Required skills:
Bachelor`s degree and;
3 or more years of professional experience sourcing or recruiting for technical positions (engineers, developers, testers, analysts).
Experience recruiting for cloud engineers highly preferred (aws)
Familiar with management consulting contract language in federal contract space
Experience with government contracts preferred
Advanced proficiency in microsoft office tools
