We are seeking a dynamic additive manufacturing professional who has proven success leading global centers of innovation excellence.

What you will do
Direct, plan, and manage 3d systems’ customer innovation centers across the globe
Interface with current and prospective 3d systems’ clients to support and further their adoption and integration of 3d systems additive manufacturing solutions.
Collaborate with 3d systems’ system, material, and software leads to support and provide input on new product development as well as research and development
Support the chief technology officer (cto) and chief scientist with planning, research and development, and new technology acquisition
Develop and cultivate collaborations with appropriate industry partners to foster win-win opportunities
Consult with additive manufacturing service bureaus to understand their needs and how 3d systems can support their business model
Qualifications
What you will need
15(+) years of experience in all facets of additive manufacturing including applications, research and development, characterization, and design and simulation
Advanced degree in an applicable field of study (phd preferred)
Proven ability to drive technical innovation across diverse, global teams
Thorough experience in key portfolio innovation and acceleration techniques and tactics
Visionary and strategic mindset with documented success fostering collaborative relationships with targeted business partners
