We’re on a mission to empower everyone with a unified employee and customer experience communications (xcaas) platformYou’re someone with a passion for turning sometimes complex software concepts into clear, persuasive contentAs a senior copywriter, you are responsible for crafting compelling, effective web pages, emails, ads, white papers, brochures, blog posts, video scripts, and moreYou work closely with our demand generation, product marketing, and brand teams to translate ideas, product features, and benefits into content across all platforms to drive awareness and interest in 8x8.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product marketing, design, and campaign teams to develop concepts and content for marketing across all platforms
Synthesize concepts and content strategy into clear, creative copy for email, web, and print marketing collateral, both short- and long-form
Write, edit and proofread content with a focus on consistent brand voice and impeccable style
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years’ copywriting and/or content marketing experience (experience in technology or saas software is preferred)
Portfolio featuring both short and long-form writing samples
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Proven self-starter, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field
