Responsibilities
Work as a part of the growing digital practice for driving data warehouse and analytics projects
Lead a team of business analysts, data architects, and engineers who are building enterprise data warehouse platforms for our clients
Work with clients to understand their business intelligence and data analytics needs, analyze, and document their business processes requirements, and convert into clear specifications that be used for building solution
Understand the business value of the solution to actively participate in technology-functional discussionsPresents point of view, recommendations, and evaluations of the technology platforms and solutions that fit the clients need
Actively represent best practices for data architecture and business and collaborate with the data architect to design data analytics and business warehouse solution
Lead the sdlc lifecycle of data collection, analysis, generate reports and visualization
Hand on experience with enterprise data warehouses, data analytics, and business intelligence technologies paas and saas to ensure quality, availability, performance, and recoverability of solutions being built
Define a common enterprise data analytics solution reference architecture to be implemented across client engagements, leading the enablement of technical staff on selected technologies and design patterns
Support efforts to ensure the data standards are developed and maintained
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the results you provide are accurate and appropriate to the needs of the solution
In addition, support the building of enterprise web applications with technologies such as microsoft powerapps
Qualifications & requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or software engineering
7+ years of experience in data analytics, data warehouse, and business intelligence solution development
At least 5 years of experience in cloud dw/bi/reporting and related technologies and tools
At least 5 years of development experience in sql, excel, power bi, and other visualization tools
At least 4 successful implementations in areas of supply chain, inventory management, enterprise resource planning, finance, or customer relationship management and at least 2 years of leading team of business analyst, data engineer, data scientist, and architects
Hands-on experiences with the design, development, and operations management for on-premise, cloud, saas-based data warehousing and analytics solutions such as microsoft azure (must have), aws, sap, and snowflakes
Sound knowledge of advanced enterprise data warehousing methodologies and concepts, including master and reference data management, data architecture, data modeling, business intelligence and advanced analytics
Expert in ms sql(must have), python to write optimized queries across large volumes of data and writing procedures, functions, and scripts for etl
Hands-on experience with etl tools such azure data factory and aws data pipelines or stitch
Skilled knowledge and experience with cloud-based projects in devops infrastructure such as azure devops and boards
Experience in working in agile teams, and working independently with business stakeholders providing solutions and regular updates
Conceptual understanding of data warehouse systems and processes and understanding and preferable experience in multi-dimensional data needs
Experience with power bi, and sap analytics cloud, tableau, etcTo create reports, visualizations, and interactive dashboards
Must hold permanent u.s.recendecy or citizenship
Currently resides in the state of texas, prefered
