Opportunity at a glance

Responsibilities
Market and content research
Assist product manager in identifying market opportunities
Identify and build relationships with industry subject matter experts.
Working with smes, identify the ksas required for success in a specific learner
Context
Courseware development
Working with smes, organize ksas into efficient, coherent, strategic, and
Time-based outlines
Guide and coordinate smes as they provide content for those outlines
Research as necessary to fill gaps or validate sme content
Edits and converts sme content into learning objects
Build supporting forms, tools, objects, etc., in various authorware platforms
Guides multimedia producer
Guides showrunners
Coordinates product edit reviews, testing, revision
Supports archive of courseware, source files, and documentation
Sales and marketing support
Provides content for sales education and promotio
Qualifications
Keen attention to detail
Ability to understand the gist of a topic being discussed for the first time, enough to
Develop a plan for coordinating content from smes into a training course“the sme

Self-motivated, self-managing with remote supervisor
Experience in learning object design—especially discrete and reusable objects
