Responsibilities
Convert our fresh consumer, affinity account and worksite leads into sales using our proven systems developed and used by our top producers.
Seek and create strategic partnerships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, and generating referrals.
Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status to propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
Monitor pending insurance applications and maintain communication with clients during medical underwriting.
Continued updating of your product knowledge and learning of new sales techniques.
Participate in mentoring calls lead by top producers.
Skills
Proven working experience as an insurance sales agent or relevant sales experience.
Basic computer knowledge and skills needed to use microsoft office 365 suite of outlook, word, excel and powerpoint, and screen sharing software.
Motivated self-starter with a passion and drive to create a growing six-figure income.
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and to present, influence and sell effectively.
Coachable and trainable.
High school or bs degree with minimum 1-2 years of insurance sales experience (any type) or strong sales background.
