We are looking for a lead quality assurance analyst that is excited about creating robust software solutions that exceed standards and deliver a great user experienceThis person will be an advocate for process and risk management on our team.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Analyze software requirements to propose software solutions
Provide engineering estimates
Mentor developers on best practices and processes
Deliver implementations the meet a high standard of quality
Follow design and coding standards
Become an sme and ambassador for the rezdesk eco-system to internal and external customers
Manage the development jira/ticket board and following up on items falling behind
Actively participate in solution design and estimation meetings to facilitate thorough understanding of solutions developed and to contribute to the overall solution from a business requirements perspective
Required experience
Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
Execute quality improvement testing and activities
Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
Required skills
4+ years of qa experience
Strong documentation skills
Hands-on experience with:
Api testing
Web application testing
Testing tools such as katalon
Ticket systems such as jira or azure devops/tfs
Sharp attention to detail while testing
Strong analytical skills required to meaningful write test cases
Ability to verify data results using tsql queries
Project management
Ticket system management
Microsoft office
Confluence and jira (or similar system)
Preferred skills / experience
Experience with scrum development process
Hands-on experience with katalon studio
Automated testing experience
