Ae strategies has provided human capital management consulting to federal clients since our founding in 2003We offer a robust suite of services to help our clients attract, retain, and develop a workforce capable of achieving the missionThe foundation of effective human capital management is successful talent acquisition and ae strategies has a growing suite of federal clients for whom we help develop talent acquisition strategies and provide recruitment and candidate screening as requiredWe have several open positions to support this growing area of our practice.
Roles and responsibilities
The recruiter will support ae strategies’ federal clients in their efforts to fill federal government positionsThis support can range from consulting with clients to help them design talent acquisition strategies to sourcing and screening candidates for our federal clientsThe recruiter will work on a team of ae strategies employees who interface directly with our federal clientsSpecific responsibilities can include:
Sourcing to fill executive and other highly technical positions
Conducting thorough and detailed candidate screening
Maintain communications with candidates, providing timely updates
Timely documentation of all recruiting actions
Provide research and reporting on recruiting trends and technology
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting federal employees is a plus
Experience recruiting executives and clinical/scientific personnel is a plus
Ability to design and conduct creative sourcing strategies
Excellent interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
