Overview: am llc is seeking (1) experienced, motivated business analyst, senior (servicenow) to support our veterans administration (va) customer in chantilly, vaU.sCitizenship or green card is required due to federal security clearance requirementsResponsibilities: a senior business analyst has experience in the effective use of data provided by cost estimators to create overall cost versus benefit assessment while considering functional benefits, technical performance, risks, and schedule concerns.
Other requirements include:
Excellent communication skills
Experience with the hardware asset module in servicenow (must have)
Experience driving a development team to complete required tasks (must have)
Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders
Experience with writing user stories and detailed acceptance criteria (must have)
Experience with developing workflow diagrams
Experience working in an agile environment and a solid understanding of scrum cadence
Servicenow certifications
Itil certification
Knowledge of servicenow cmdb (must have)
Proficiency with microsoft office tools, to include teams, visio and sharepoint
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, cost accounting or related scientific or technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience
An active va piv card is highlky desried
