Overview: am llc is seeking (1) senior scrum master and (3) mid-level scrum masters to support our va customer for this immediate-hire roleThis role will be remote until the pandemic is resolvedStrong preference given to candidates within a 30-mile commuting radius of chantilly, va u.sCitizenship or green card requiredResponsibilities: a senior scrum master must have experience working with customers, users and project leads in analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting a wide variety of it business systems covering many diverse applications such as healthcare and financial systems.
A mid-level scrum master must have experience with the analysis of business, functional, technical, activities, and eventsAnalyst is responsible for working with users and customers to document and strategize for process improvements for current business processes (business process reengineering)Responsible for providing market research on conditions that impact the overall operational efficiency of an organization and identifying symptoms for process improvement.
Assists integration of safe within the larger enterprise activities
Helps scrum team organize themselves within the scaled agile frameworkAssists scrum team in improving communication, knowledge and sense of product ownership.
Coach agile teams for maximum business results
The scrum master should have a unique perspective on scrum framework and team dynamics.
Facilitate effective iteration execution
Assists team in maintaining transparency concerning the team’s projects and progress via multiple toolsIteratively teratively analyzes the team progress to help project management team make informed decisions § taskboard § burn-down/burn-up charts § action items § assist in providing reports regarding sprint and program increment metrics,
Technical familiarity: scrum master must to work with the team in finding a system that enables the team to accomplish tasks efficiently.
Facilitate scrum events § assists product analysts in backlog refinement sessions which help team the create and maintain an organized backlog § facilitates daily team scrum calls where team members will discuss
Support devops implementation
Qualifications:
Senior scrum master requirements:
Master`s in engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline is required
10 years of experience required
Additional 10 years of experience required without the degree
Previous va experience and active piv card highly desirable
Mid-level scrum master requirements:
Bachelor`s in engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline is required
5 years of experience required
Additional 8 years of experience required without the degree
Previous va experience and active piv card highly desirable
