Full job description
We are looking for the head of online store / head of ecommerce, who will be responsible for the whole operational and strategic project management of the online shopThe online shop is dedicated to natural cosmetics.
Salary: $60 000 annually
Role responsibilities include:
Preparation of the launch and development plan from scratch (including marketing plan and 6-month financial plan)Adjustment of plans every 3 months.
Analysis of market, product specifics, promo channels, key metrics, etc.
Administering and supervising team to accomplish the company target (approximately 7 people)
Business planning, marketing strategy and development, promotional campaigns and analytics
The ideal candidate is expected to have:
Experience in leading and managing of e-commerce platform in the position of director of digital marketing, head of e-commerce project, head of online shopUnderstanding of different marketing channels specifics
Good promotional skills with different digital tools (ppc, seo, semrush, etc.).
Experience in shopify features
Google analytics and google search console at an advanced level.
Ahrefs, semrush, pageoptimizer pro at an intermediate level.
