Full job description
Api global transportation is currently hiring a csr-dispatcher for our day and weekend shiftsWe are looking for positive, people-oriented individuals who can handle incoming calls, accurately complete reservations, process e-mails, and handle other customer inquiries with little to no direct supervisionKnowledge of the limousine industry is a plus but not required for successful candidatesThis shift can range from 4-6 hours/day, and 4-6 days/week.

Job responsibilities include:
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients with questions and reservations
Developing trust and rapport with clients and prospects
Monitoring our booking software and responding to emails for quotes and questions
Provide verbal and written communication with chauffeurs and other staff members
Inputting reservations in our booking system and double-checking details
Dispatch chauffeurs and vehicles in real time
Qualifications:
Prior customer service and office experience a plus
High school graduate or equivalency
Positive, people-oriented disposition
Ability to perform computer data entry with minimal errors
Ability to function in a team environment
Ability to effectively manage workload with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask and work under time pressure during peak times
Working knowledge of word, excel, and smart phone operations
Familiarity with the northern california region, venues, and airports
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
