Build strong employee loyalty through accurate and timely communication.

Coach and mentor scribe team utilizing tools such as smart goals provided by aquity.

Chart audits, ensuring to recognize, interpret and evaluate inconsistencies, discrepancies and inaccuracies in scribe charts and working with scribes to improve these.

Provide feedback to help improve any aspect of the project.

Provide updates weekly on scribe chart audit results to the head scribeAll other task/projects as assigned.
Job qualifications:
Education
Bachelors degree
Experience
6 mos or more of scribe experience, strong in multiple specialties
Knowledge / skills
Proficient with microsoft, basic computer skills, willingness to learn new software products quickly, quick learner, detail oriented, organized.
