From search to compliance, to hiring manager communication and extending offers, you will manage it all in the life cycle of candidate selectionThere is no part of the recruiting process that you won`t influence! you have used paylocity, clear company or other applicant tracking systemsYou have even been an integral part of implementing an ats in the pastYou have a passion for clean systems and hiring metricsYou are resourceful and can find candidates for even the most difficult to fill rolesYou are a hands on, full-cycle talent expert that can fill an administrative assistant role to a specialized technical role and everything in between.
You are known for bringing teams together cross-functionally and have a knack for building high trust relationshipsYour natural communication approach is one that effectively, respectfully, and inclusively builds a sense of belonging among employees who differ from one anotherYou are a strategic thinker and are proactive problem solver and you are able to find ways to cohesively support employees and business drivers.
