Conducts real estate administration activities for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estateCoordinates broker, attorney, and land use activitiesSchedules and monitors zoning packageEnsures real estate acquisition costs and time frames are within established budgets and construction schedulesCoordinates information with attorneys on general liability and environmental issuesStrong knowledge of real estate escrow processes, appraisal, lease law and administration of lease contractsManages market studies, lease negotiations and determination of client business needsWorks on problems of scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factorsExercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutionsNormally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignmentsSupervisory: no
This position may be responsible for contributing to at&ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job functionThis may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
