We are a fast growing apparel manufacturing company and looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented individual with good supervisory skill and Management skill for the post of Factory Accountant to our angoda Factory.
# RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Knowledge of the Garment manufacturing Operation is an added
advantage
* Knowledge to Prepare budget and ensure that all expenses are
within the budget
* Conduct periodical verification of assets according to the
verification plan and submit monthly reports
* Ensure all payments are aligned with the approval process and are
made on time
* Ensure the OHS CAPEXs for the annual budgeting process are
coordinated and completed according to the guidelines set by
company
# QUALIFICATION :
* Professional qualification in Finance
* Minimum of 3 years work experience in Finance in the Apparel
industry
* Sound knowledge of Taxes and Accounting Standards
* Good written and verbal communication skills , presentation skills
and IT skills including Excel Will be vital
* Provide accurate and on time information to help the Group
* Management in making business decisions Performance * Management with the activities such as planning and budgeting ,
capital expenditure , budgetary control , process control and
alignment of KPI`s to achieve goals and objectives
* Lead the annual budgeting process of the factory and work with
cross cultural teams to drive results and manage working capital
effectively Preparation of monthly projections , financial and
management reports
* A thorough understanding of policies , procedures and KPI`s
required to ensure compliance .
