Care specialist 2 - *remote position!*
`as a pharmacy technician i, you will use our custom-built pharmacy management system to perform detailed data entry and processingIn addition to prescription intake, responsibilities will include coordinating renewalsThis is an external-facing where you’ll deliver an extraordinary customer service experience via phone, email, text, and chat.
Provide excellent customer service, particularly on phone calls and messages
Work with patients and other pharmacies to assist with prescription transfers.
Utilize training and coaching from your leads to identify areas for process improvement`
`as a pharmacy technician ii, you will use your advanced knowledge working in a pharmacy to prepare and submit third-party insurance claims using our custom-built pharmacy management systemAdditional responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex casesYou`ll also deliver extraordinary customer service while handling patient escalations via phone, text, chat, and email.`
Make sure they are ok to work from home with no distractions! very importantIf they do not have childcare this job will be difficult for them because they need their undivided attentionThey will go back into the office end of july
They must be fully present for the first 6 weeks and cannot take any time off because of the way the training is.
