Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled quality assurance automation engineer to assess software quality through manual and automated testingAs a qa automation engineer at activeprospect, you must have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational and communication skillsCritical thinking and problem solving abilities are a must, as well as skilled execution of test cases and a passion for quality.
Work as part of the cross-functional leadconduit team, where every member has a say in the direction of our products, team, and cultureWe`re looking for the kind of engineer who notices every detail, but doesn`t lose sight of the big picture.
Responsibilities:
Own the development and execution of automated tests for our leadconduit web app
Develop and maintain testing strategies, metrics, reporting, and processes
Design and create test plans and test cases from user stories
Triage and debug issues
Advocate for quality best practices
To succeed in this role you`ll need:
3+ years in quality assurance or software testing
Experience building end-to-end testing using cypress or selenium
Experience with javascript
Experience implementing test automation in ci pipelines
Experience with restful api testing
Bonus points for experience/and or interest in:
Experience with postman
Experience with cross browser testing
Experience with load, performance, and/or security testing
Knowledge of software testing methodologies in an agile environment
