The talent management coordinator will be positioned as a key architect of recruitment logistics as adlucent scales its people operationsThe tmc will serve a wide range of operational, people-focused programs that contribute to the growth of the company as well as the candidate/employee experienceThe tmc is a detail-oriented organizer, creative problem solver, and someone who prides themselves on partner and stakeholder satisfactionThe tmc is a responsive and energetic people-person, who thrives on accomplishing measurable tasks and checking off their to-do listThis position will report to our svp, client services, and work closely under the direction of the human resources manager.
The role:
Post job openings and proactively seek out and connect with prospective candidates
Serve as point of contact for applicants and interview logistics for the talent acquisition teamHead up daily recruitment communications and maintain adlucent employment brand and “voice” in correspondence with candidates
Move the needle on interview processes and deploy assessments and materials at each stepManage applicant funnel and maintain current data in ats and other relevant technology platforms or internal tracking systems
Schedule screens and interviews with external and internal clientsWork with hiring leads and stakeholders to inform next steps for candidates and expedite priority hiring initiatives
Take part in extending offers and onboarding candidates in support of the hr managerDistribute onboarding steps and hr paperwork in the lead up to day one
Assist with new hire orientation and ensure new hires are set up for success
Offer ad hoc support for employee experience (dei, culture, office) initiatives with the ability to bring projects from idea to full execution
Add new hire details to employee information systems to update people analytics
Build presentation decks around recruitment and hiring
Keep detailed records and project plans of all assigned tasks
Must have:
2+ of relevant work experience
Intuitive ability to build positive relationships and anticipate needs
Desire to work in a fast-growing and vibrant environment
Sense of logistics and operations, balanced with flexibility
Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Stellar attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
An ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle problems without sacrificing quality of work
A can-do, team mentality - no task is too small, and you’re willing to jump in when needed
Nice to have:
Digital marketing industry knowledge/interest
Proficient in excel/google sheets
Project management background
Ability to analyze data to translate problems into solutions
Online research skills
