At advanced dermatology and cosmetic surgery, we are searching for talented, passionate, innovative people who will be creative problem solvers that drive company success through marketing excellence!
We have an energetic marketing team and currently looking for a performance marketing director who will be responsible for new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns.
The performance marketing director is responsible for the following:
External, digital acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels.
Initial assignment will include: establishing a new internal digital marketing stack, new processes that enable flexible and immediate response to capacity availability, and new reporting structure to evaluate channel and campaign return on investment.
The performance marketing director will plan and execute various stages of online strategies, from user acquisition, conversion and retention, to consumer maximizing cross-sell opportunities and driving loyalty programs.
The performance marketing director is also responsible for managing all paid digital media activities, including strategy, planning, execution and reporting/optimizing.
