Talent acquisition coordinator (contract)
The role:
Our talent acquisition team is searching for a talent acquisition coordinator who is self-guided, motivated, and is challenged by working in a fast-paced technology environmentThis position will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team and various hiring executives/hiring teams with general administrative and operational functions as well as special projects.
The person:
The successful candidate will be internally motivated, highly organized, is detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
Scheduling candidate interviews with various interview teams/panels
Collect detailed interview feedback either through an interview debrief call and/or ad hoc gathering feedback
Provide general recruiter assistance as needed
General project management: tracking interview schedule and results
Aide recruiters in candidate communications
Handle confidential information in a discrete way
Provide “wow factor” for client service and facilitate an excellent customer experience in the recruitment process
