This position will report to the director – assistant corporate controller.
Duties and responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etcThat will support the analytical and business needs
Suggest and build new metrics and analysis that enable better perspective on business, and uncover trends and root causes of issues
Analyze and capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success
Streamline necessary dashboards and one-off analyses to surface business critical kpis and remove duplicated efforts that are lack of efficiencies and create confusion
Apply data/process mining and quantitative analysis to discover process improvement and problem-solving opportunities
Work across teams with different stakeholders to prioritize and deliver data and reporting
Recognize and adopt best practices in continuously improving reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
Effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams in a large organization
Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree with 3+ years in relevant experience in financial/business analysis
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with sql, data and process mining, analytical automation, rpa
Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment
Ability to manage through and make decisions with ambiguity
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and support practical solutions
A forward-thinking mindset with an ability to make connections, carry forward learnings, and identify or anticipate potential challenges before they arise
Good organization skill: able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-energy, dynamic environment
Computer skills, including advanced excel, sap, incortaOther data manipulation and visualization tools a plus.
