SrSales coach
Advise / bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to be responsible for creating and driving a sales focused culture for all advise sales associatesThis individual will assist in the creation of sales campaigns as well as sales training materials and agent onboarding (both field and telephonic)Additionally, this individual will shadow sales agents and audit sales calls to provide constructive feedback to improve selling effectiveness.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
Provide sales effectiveness training and retraining to all sales associates
Participate in and contribute to the development and deployment of new sales campaigns
Develop new scripting and selling techniques for different lead types (both inbound and outbound)
Assist in creating and/or revising health insurance training courses as well as techniques to improve close rates
Create sales culture by creating and driving sales promotional events
Audit call center calls to explore opportunities for individual as well as broad training and opportunities for improvement
Identify and address compliance concerns
Remain current with industry changes to ensure up-to-date feedback
Develop field beneficiary education content
Develop training coaching content
Assist in special projects as needed to support business needs
Review training materials and scripting to ensure alignment
Perform an annual review of scripts and training materials looking for opportunities for continuous improvement
Ensure that training courses are effective
Develop and maintain learning management content (lms) system so content remains up-to-date, easy to use and relevant with assisting various learner types (visual, hands-on, instructional, etc.)
Perform all other duties as assigned
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or 7+ years of experience in medicare sales
5+ years of experience in medicare sales
Insurance agent licensure status, multi-lines acceptable, health preferred
Experience in the healthcare or other regulated industry or willingness and ability to obtain an insurance license
Skills and abilities
Self-starter and ability to research and become subject matter expert in new areas
Ability to create instructor guides, design training courses and scripts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor, ability to be client-facing
Competent in microsoft office products, particularly word, excel and access
Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
Detail-oriented
