Working in our agile framework, our qa automation test engineers are in charge of developing web and mobile automation frameworks that are scalable and easy to maintain and integrate into our ci pipelineIn addition, our qa folks define and support user acceptance procedures, perform manual, exploratory, regression and document, track, and triage defects/bugsAll of which are nicely wrapped up in clearly written and actionable test reports and recommendationsVoila!
Skills and qualifications:
Experience creating selenium webdriver frameworks from scratch and building out test cases is essential
Proficiency in java / javascript programming languages
Experience with git and gitflow
Proficient with macos or other unix-like operating systems
Nice to have:
Experience with continuous integration tools, i.eJenkins
Experience working with appium
Experience with api level testing
Experience with performance/load testing
Experience working with protractor, cypress and/or other javascript specific test frameworks
Agile-savvy (or we can teach you!)
Soft skills:
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience working within a technical consultancy or digital agency
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter, able to work independently
Ability to learn quickly and apply training
Understand what it means to be a consultant
Reliable and have a positive attitude
Adaptable
Passionate about technology and using it to help solve business issues
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field (or equivalent)
