Sales development representative

Responsibilities
* take ownership for building top-of-funnel sales opportunities
* manage a high volume of activities
* critically evaluate our sales process and service to give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn`t
* collaborate closely with the rest of the growth team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation
* experiment and iterate to create an amazing customer journey
* meet monthly and quarterly quota
Experience
1 years of inside sales experience ideally in a startup setting
Proficiency with salesforce and marketing automation solutions
Strong communication skills
Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency
Process-oriented, identifying recurring patterns and capitalizing on them
Experience as an insurance agent/insurance industry knowledge - a plus
