Location: remote, ca
Duration: 12+ months
Note: ability to travel up to 20%, domestic and international.
Duties:
Exercise influence and negotiation skills, secure early buy in from senior stakeholders and drive a holistic campaign around events.
Partner and collaborate with market strategy, integrated marketing and corporate communications teamsCreate high value in-person campaigns that deliver high-caliber content and experiences for customers and prospects.
Partner with go-to-market teams and external agencies as applicable on pre- and post- event execution and deliverables.
Expertly lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders affecting assigned programs.
Speaker management, including facilitating content reviews and connecting speakers to venue and event logistical needs.
Manage all executional aspects of the field marketing program including team coordination, budget, vendor and agency management and logistics.
Deliver operational excellence in scaling out field programs across regional and international audiences.
Report and measure success, develop extensive debriefs, make recommendations and implement improvements.
Lead out multiple event campaigns consecutively.
Minimum requirements: (`must have” qualifications)
8+ years of experience in field marketing, event management and/or marketing.
Able to prioritize multiple projects and problem solve in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve success.
Desired skills
Demand generation background is considered an asset.
Track record of creative execution of in person experiences and leading and inspiring team success onsite.
Meticulously organized and concise in verbal and written communications.
Metrics driven.
