Full job description
The corporate systems data engineer serves as the subject matter expert for all ipaas platforms and integrations within aledade corporate systemsWorking with the data architect, they are able to design and implement solutions to meet aledade business needs.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the us or from our hq office in bethesda, md (post covid).
Responsibilities:
Coordinates with the data architect to design and implement integration solutions
Builds, troubleshoots, and provides ongoing support for custom data integrations using aledade’s ipaas solution snaplogic
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
Provides testing support and validation for integrations between salesforce, netsuite, ukg, and other corporate systems
Creates pipelines to integrate corporate systems with snowflake
Monitors and troubleshoots pipelines, coordinating with vendors as needed for technical support
Implements platform changes and upgrades in order to maintain system stability
Executes scheduled jobs for data maintenance within salesforce and other 3rd party systems
Assists with evaluation of new integration tools and technologies as needed
Assists with configuration and testing for out-of-the-box integrations between 3rd party systems
Creates documentation for pipelines
Qualifications:
3+ years experience using snaplogic or another ipaas solution
3+ years experience working with sql and a variety of relational databases, including creating and optimizing queries
2+ years of experience integrating with salesforce, including sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud (pardot)
2+ years working in an agile development environment
2+ year of experience working with snowflake or another data warehouse
Experience with json a plus
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Experience with cloudingo or similar salesforce data cleansing tools a plus
Basic familiarity with python and/or r for data exploration a plus
Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making aledade holistically better (active engagement in d&i efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
