Full job description
This is a support position requiring just one or two years of experience in commercial insuranceIt is a foundational support/service role, providing superior day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client, producer and account manager questions and issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Preparing id cards, binders, evidence of property & other certificate of insurance requests
Processing and documenting cancellations and reinstatements
Ordering and processing renewal and change requests with an emphasis on business insurance risk management
Processing and billing renewal policies
Organizing insured’s copies of new and renewal policies in presentation binders for delivery by producer
Assisting in the preparation of new and renewal presentations
Maintaining accurate policy data in agency management system (ams360).
