Very strong, high level, freelance, virtual anti-trust-federal litigation paralegal needed for california firmThis is not a position for someone who needs trainingMust be able to hit the ground running.
Experience with ecf filings, discovery, creating contents and exhibitsMust be very organized, tight on detail and able to coordinate large amounts of dataSomeone with experience or who can quickly learn the local rules of particular federal court jurisdiction for judge`s rules/regulations, formatting courtesy copies, special deadlines, etcPosition is fully virtual but twice weekly conference calls at 8:00am pst or 11:00am pst are required.
Compensation is $30 per hour and pay is bi-monthlyThis is a 1099 contract positionApproximately 15 hours a week but could be up to 40 hours a week as trial date approaches.
