The salary range is $28,000- $35,000, when you add commission and bonus it is normal for a producer to double their salary!!!

This is a remote position

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, etc.
Complete evidence of insurance requests.
Requirements
A property & casualty or personal lines license is required
Prior sales experience.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Career minded vision.
Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
