Summary of the role:
Are you the next senior technical business analyst we are looking for?
You will be an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and talented senior technical business analyst & subject matter expert to join our teamIn our teams,
You will be working as product owner/technical business analyst and cover key area of our crs product for hospitality.
You will be working to provide innovative and resilient flows for central reservation system.
You will actively contribute to the design and solution to complex requirements and problems while collaborating with product management, senior management and other stack holders.
In this role you’ll:
Accountable for the design of the product functionalities based on the customer and product management requirements collection
Deliver functional specifications and interfaces documentation of the product for their own area.
Organize specification walkthrough and participate in walkthrough with different stakeholders
Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
Assess business process and system inefficiencies
About the ideal candidate:
Basic qualifications and skills
Bachelor`s degree in computer science and related field.
Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience as business analysis
Excellent it skills in microsoft office tools namely access, excel, outlook, visio, powerpoint and word, lotus notes, visual basic, uml, xml
Technical writing skills
Planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques
Ability to formulate concepts
Communication of technical information to a non-technical audience
Communication of business information to a technical audience
Good negotiation skills
Good understanding of the agile methodologies
Strong written, oral and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with soap and rest web services; understanding of saas delivery model
Preferred qualifications and skills
Understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
Product owner experience is plus
