3+ years’ internal communications experience
Experience with writing for a range of different audiences

Amazon is seeking an internal communications specialist to join our worldwide customer service (wwcs) global communications teamWwcs is foundational to amazon`s culture of customer obsession, providing exceptional support and creating memorable experiences for customers around the worldThis role reports to the wwcs internal communications manager, and primary responsibilities include:
Research, design, and implementation of communications plans for major, often global, programs and initiatives
Production of compelling, persuasive and effective communications materials to be used across a variety of channels
Adopting new technologies, methods and tools to continuously evolve the way we communicate and engage employees, customers and stakeholders
Leading global communication channels and content strategy
Assisting with issues and crisis management
Prioritizing competing projects and requests, managing multiple initiatives while maintaining balance and focus on top strategic objectives
Supporting the execution of effective change management communications strategies, plans, and deliverables that drive employee engagement and adoption of large-scale organizational transformation, including process changes, technology deployments, and other high-impact, large-scale change.
Experience developing relevant content for a diverse, remote, and mobile workforce
Able to anticipate potential reputation issues
Experience with internal communications for a large organization
Internal or external communications experience with logistics, operations, or retail companies with a virtual workforce
Experience creating metrics to measure communication effectiveness, reach, and engagement
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to form a cohesive and effective outcome from potentially incongruous facts (or lack thereof) and individual perspectives
Superior command of the english language and ap style
Strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills
Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources
