Aws shared services recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused technical recruiter/sourcer to build a new technical recruiting team from the ground upRoles serviced will be design technologists, web developers, and front-end engineersYour focus will be on sourcing technical talent and leading candidate through the interview process, building relationships with your hiring leaders and hr partners, and providing metrics and analysis to drive hiring strategiesThis is a great opportunity to be in a high-visibility role as part of a team focused on making an impact across aws.
You will:
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
Recruit passive candidates and gauge both skills and chemistry for the right fit, and to understand candidate motivation
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified potential candidates
Utilize market data and trends to guide the business with opportunities that could address their needs faster.
Report insights to the business stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators.

Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
A demonstrated history providing amazing customer service
Advanced experience building boolean search strings for recruiting passive talent
An airs cir or cdr certification
Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
