Job summary
The devices and services science recruiting team focuses on hiring top specialized talent in applied research, including machine learning (ml), computer vision, speech recognition/natural language processing and data science across north americaWe build teams in emerging fields and recruit across different levels of seniority.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with market intelligence and programmatic partners to assess and cultivate scientific prospects
Work with broad array of stakeholders to manage science searches for different organizations
Drive the exploration and negotiation processes for science candidates
Own communication on science searches hiring progress with customers internally
Identify stakeholders and share relevant information on upcoming events and important recruiting trends including metrics

Exposure to scientific and technical talent
Exposure to project/program management methodologies
Analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
Experience driving social media campaigns and organizing event hiring, such as international hiring events, industry conferences, meetup group hiring, or other unique methods
