Position summary: amerivet is a rapidly growing veterinary management group with over 107 locations nationwideThis position will be remote based but would need to travel for candidate interviews and conferencesWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our thriving and rapidly growing organizationAs a recruiting professional, the ideal candidate will lead the doctor recruiting life cycle of the midwest united states regionThis includes a focus on leadership in the following recruiting functions: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, coordinating and attending candidate visits, tracking/organizing data, and negotiating employment agreements.
Core responsibilities:
Establish relationships with veterinary students and senior doctors through various sourcing strategies
Organize sourcing strategies with universities and other industry platforms
Review applications and interview applicants to place within our network of practices nationwide
Utilize social medial and other networking platforms to build candidate pipeline
Ensure company staffing needs are filled in a timely manner, and that the company maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Schedule interviews
Post all job ads
Negotiates employment agreements
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
At minimum 2-3 years of prior high level veterinary recruiting experience preferred.
In lieu of veterinary recruiting experience, high level recruiting experience in other industries will be considered.
Advanced microsoft office skills
Prior ats and data analytics experience
Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
