Full job description
The american diabetes association is seeking a manager of email production to join our marketing & engagement teamThe email production manager is responsible for building and managing email communications for the ada, and for ensuring high-quality and compliant emails are deployedThe manager will work primarily in two systems, luminate online and marketo, while managing an overall intake process and email calendar.
Responsibilities:
Build, schedule, and deploy multiple emails each week to deploy via two different email marketing tools
Maintain overall email deployment inbox, process, and calendar.
Utilize source coding and specific email production coding to enable automated reporting
Download and disseminate delivery/performance reports
Run weekly email production meeting reviewing upcoming emails for the next two weeks.
Guide internal partners through the email production process and remind them of deadlines.
Collaborate with internal partners regarding intake process, scheduling, content, and reporting.
Qualifications
Email production experience in marketo and/or email production experience in luminate online or similar html based platform
Familiarity with the utilization of source coded links and naming conventions
At least 2 years of email production experience
Proficient in ms office suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Keen eye for details
Highly organized self-starter who requires minimal supervision and who excels in a team environment
Strong project management, prioritization and implementation skills, with ability to consistently meet deadlines
