Primary accountabilities
Develops and provides compelling marketing copy for creative materials to support the company’s marketing strategies and brand platform.
Partners with peers and key stakeholders on content, graphic technique, style, and layout for each project to ensure brand, design standards, and compliance guidelines are followed.
Monitors latest content strategy trends, competitive and consumer/customer activity to forecast changes and evolve design recommendations and content positioning.
Specialized knowledge and skills requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
Extensive experience in copywriting for marketing projects, programs, and deliverables
Extensive knowledge and understanding of punctuation and grammar
Knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, practices, and tools
Knowledge and understanding of marketing compliance guidelines and regulations
Travel requirements
This job requires travel up to 10% of the time
Additional job information:
In this role you will be active throughout the content development process, including shaping the content strategy, developing storylines, determining the best channel/format for execution, and writing and editing copy and content artifacts.
The preferred candidate will have a wide variety of experience with development/writing of online and offline content, shaping ideas and content deliverySpecifically: long and short form content development, blog, interviews, social media, email/direct mail, digital advertising, campaign webpage copy and video scripting (voice over and visual direction)
Advanced writing and content development experience
Understands, develops and follows content strategy
Seeks out and incorporates customer insights
Strong project management skills
Ability and willingness to coach peers with less writing experience
Basic knowledge of writing for seo
Basic knowledge of photoshop
Preferred but not required: spanish language proficient
