About the position:
The client relations manager provides a large representation of our develop the next core valueThis individual develops the team`s technical knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and insurance, as well as develops their professional growth in fostering a learning and growth mindsetThis individual will also drive the development of better processes internally and relationships externally, results in recovering more revenue for our clients.

Requirements:
Required education:
High school diploma / ged
Preferred education:
Bachelor`s degree
Experience:
1+ year(s) of experience producing, interpreting, and presenting metrics, and making evidence-based recommendations required
3+ years of experience leading others in a contact center environment preferred
3+ years of experience prioritizing workloads preferred, particularly client accounts
2+ years of experience with medical insurance and billing processes preferred
2+ years of experience managing or participating in projects preferred
Knowledge:
Knowledge of best practices for participating in projects and process improvements preferred
Knowledge of collections industry, healthcare revenue cycle, medical insurance and billing processes and terminology, and healthcare administration preferred
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the collections and healthcare industries preferred
Training:
Completion of americollect university`s essentials of leadership courses or equivalent required licenses/certifications
