This role is responsible for coordinating projects and programs in support of the broader marketing organization, including product marketing, field marketing, partner programs, and marketing operationsEnsures that services and deliverables adhere to brand standards and deadlines are metPrimary duties include:
· manage and support projects through monday.com
· adhere to service level agreements between marketing teams
· support the development, implementation, and oversight of marketing production deliverables across various campaigns and tactics, including digital, design, video, automation, and strategic event support
· follow appropriate processes and workflows to ensure work is delivered with accuracy, on budget, and on schedule
· support the design, content, and digital teams with workload management and resourcing
· occasionally coordinate activities with outside vendors
· participate in daily status meetings and project kickoff calls
Qualifications
· ba/bs preferred
· 2-5 years of experience working in marketing service or operations, or within a traffic, project management, or account service role at an advertising firm
· strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred skills
· experience with monday.com or similar web-based production job ticketing system
· 2-5 years marketing experience with demonstrated success in that role
· experience working with diverse cross-cultural and cross-discipline teams
· experience with managing large volume of project requests
· mastery of microsoft office suite of products
· basic understanding of adobe creative suite
This is a contract position with the opportunity to move into a future full-time rolePreferred working hours are 9am – 5pm, monday-fridayPreferred location is pittsburgh, pa, but this can be a remote, work-from-home position.
