My client is a language services provider (lsp) to global companiesDue to continued strong growth and some recent turnover, they now need to add new members to their team.
The localization project manager is responsible for client satisfaction, through their successful leadership of projects of various size and complexity, including documentation, marketing, multimedia and software, focused on quality, schedule and budget.
Additional responsibilities, include, but not limited to:
Budget awareness and client satisfaction, against which project success is measured
Own the daily experience with clients regarding project status, deliverables, issues, etc.
Own all communication with the project team (linguists, engineers, other vendors, etc.
Awareness of project management processes, with an eye towards streamlining
Skills required:
3+ years localization project management for an lsp
Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural awareness
Creative, well-organized, “outside-the-box” thinker
Knowledge of cat and tm tools, as well as the microsoft suite
Ba/bs or equivalent
