Grow your career as an email automation specialist within amresorts, one of our 14 industry-leading brandsThe email automation specialist will be responsible for deploying engagement campaigns via email and other tactics as neededUses automated journeys to intelligently target guests, pre, during and post stayHe/she/they has experience pulling audience lists, deploying emails and analyzing results accordinglyManages customer data and maintains health of the database

A successful email automation specialist will:
Build and execute email-marketing campaigns including segmenting audiences, building specific lists, adding tracking codes, managing status and troubleshootingCollaborate with creative and brand teams to coordinate timing of email campaignsLeverage platform capabilities to embed dynamic content, personalize as needed, resulting in optimal customer journey
Manage customer data to segment lists and minimize list attritionCoordinate with other marketing channels to enhance email database and employ email list tactics to assist and optimize those channels
Partner with digital marketing and the crm teams to manage content and audience design and understand how emails are affecting daily metrics, adjusting as neededOptimize email delivery as per testing agenda
Other tasks and duties as defined by manager
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in email campaign execution; preferably in travel industry
Proficiency with tagging and standard analytics packages
Experience with email tool; einsight or hubspot are preferred but not specifically required
Demonstrated understanding of tagging, conversion tracking, and standard key performance indicators (kpi).
Knowledge of best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility
Experience with the adobe creative suiteUnderstanding of xhtml, html, css, javascript
Understanding of platform-specific scripting languages (amp script, etc.)
Experience with movable ink and litmus builder preferred
