Full job description
This is a 100% remote position for a procurement implementation manager to support the go-live of a new procure-to-pay system called coupa.
Must have prior experience with at least 1 coupa implementation.
Specifically, you will be responsible for extracting and comparing various data tables, creating training materials / videos, delivering training, supporting end-users by troubleshooting issues, and performing data analysis.
The role will require strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, a curious mindset, the ability to perform detailed data analyses and testing, and a proactive, patient, and positive approach.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
? perform user acceptance testing / system integration testing, document results, and resolve exceptions.
? review existing training guides and abstract the most important and pertinent details to create quick reference docsWhere needed, update, improve, and amend the training material.
? develop relationships with key business users and stakeholders across the companyProvide personalized troubleshooting and other solutions to their issues / problems related to the ongoing system implementation.
