As a recruiting manager at appway, you are not only able to tackle the day-to-day recruiting activities with ease, but drive all activities related to talent attraction and recruiting.

Your responsibilities
Own and drive recruiting end to end
Communicate with hiring managers to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
Help to define job descriptions, job titles and document specifications
Research into competitors and market places - identify candidates using a variety of channels
Conduct initial hiring interviews
Support with other activities related to attracting and recruiting
What we are looking for
Bsc/msc in human resources or equivalent
A passion for people who thrives in a fast growing, fast paced environment
Professional experience in a start-up environment or software company is a plus
Excellent analytical skills to solve problems and bring solutions to increase the business` success
Tech savvy
Ideally you have experience with successfactors recruiting systems
Excellent english skills, written and verbal
