Arganteal seeks several business process analyst`s for remote work in digital transformation, it transformation, organizational change management and enterprise workforce planning.
Start date: 10-11-2021
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: remote
Visa status: us citizen or green card holder (no h1b or 3rd parties)
Required skills:
Prior experience in a global end user transformation project
Experience at delivering transformation in a banking environment
Design and technical authoring of process architectures
Service transition / process implementation
Resource capacity management for target state processes
Technical global program management experience required
Itil or togaf certification preferred
Experience of meeting operational risk requirements
Lean six sigma certifications a plus
Iiba certifications a plus
Business management experience and/or education a plus
