As an executive analyst, you will provide support to our system office executive leaders and their respective communities and teamsIn this role, you will provide project support to the executive leader through relationship management, analytics, and project managementKey responsibilities include supporting the executive leader with regard to financial operational analysis, project management, reporting, measuring of data/statistics, and other resource group activitiesIn addition to ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of reports, presentations, and analytics this position will provide appropriate consultative services via written and verbal communications to the resource group leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead project management and implementation of assigned executive projects
Coordinate resource availability, project planning, and assignments for assigned executive projects
Administers, analyzes, implements, and tracks improvement initiatives for assigned projects
Engages leadership to design and implement continuous analytical and process improvement across assigned projects
Acts as the leadership representative and subject-matter expert for all projects, communities, and teams related to/reporting to the respective executive leader
What you will need: education:
High school diploma/ged with 2 years of experience, or associate`s degree, or bachelor`s degree required.
Additional preferences:
Bachelor`s degree highly preferred.
Willingness to work towards master`s degree.
Internship or full-time experience required
Previous experience reporting to or directly supporting a vice president-level or higher preferred
Healthcare experience, supply chain management and/or other similar experience where analytical and critical thinking skills are considered to be transferable preferred
