Internally assists teams in coordination and tactical execution of advertising for clientsPlays a key role in the life cycle of engaging digital tactics for healthcare advertisingOn a day-to-day basis, the coe team works directly with our account and submission teams to execute various digital projects across the agency.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the full range of digital deliverables (email, web banners, websites, veeva, social media, etc) through final delivery
Prepare and qc digital tactic submissions
Liaises with client operations colleagues to ensure projects route compliantly and efficiently through the system
Partners with vendors to ensure projects deploy accurately and compliantly
Partners with internal teams as needed to create unique solutions as needed
Required competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and efficient approach
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
Sense of urgency and a positive attitude
Independently completes responsibilities with a high level of comfort working in a growing enterprise
Qualifications
Required:
1-2 years of professional experience preferred
Bachelor`s degree, or equivalent work experience
Strong computer skills are a must; proficiency in microsoft office (word, powerpoint, excel), adobe
Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, using exceptional judgment in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a flexible and positive attitude
Preferred :
Advertising, marketing, business, or related degree
