Responsibilities
Create and manage critical market hiring strategies necessary to achieve our annual hiring objectives
Manage performance media campaigns in paid search, paid social, programmatic display and programmatic job advertising
Impactfully evaluate metrics, report on campaign results, determine return on investment, and confidently make recommendations for budget spend
Establish and track data-driven recruitment advertising metrics and goals and report on campaign effectiveness to maximize results
Provide the expertise to optimally refresh and leverage the employment brand to maximize awareness and motivate candidates to action.
Enjoy working on employer branding content and communications and partnering with social media and creative teams
Minimum education and experience
5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing experience and a track record of meeting hiring goals in tough markets- healthcare experience preferred
Expert knowledge of best practices in candidate & employee experience
Deep knowledge of recruitment marketing channel mix including emerging media, technologies and traditional
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated relationship building, project management and/or agency account management experience
