Job description
Essential qualifications:
Must have a hs diploma or equivalent.
1 year experience in security dispatching and managing multiple schedules or as a security manager.
Skilled or experienced at using a computerized security scheduling system.
Capable of minimizing overtime.
Capable of handling multiple line telephones.
Possess good phone skills.
Understand standard security practices.
Capable of covering open post and effectively managing schedules.
Must have able to work a flexible schedule which is subject to change to include afternoon and night shiftsFull-timeMust be flexible & weekends are required.
Must be accurate in all computer and log entries.
Able to follow all procedures and protocols consistently.
Must have good decision making skills.
Must be assertive and able to take charge and represent yourself as a member of the management team.
Possess detailed and skilled writing ability.
Able to have good memory recall.
Able to direct and give instructions to security staff effectively.
Possess excellent verbal communication skills and command of the english language
