Attleboro enterprises, incServes the residential and day program needs of adult individuals with developmental disabilities and vocational rehabilitative needs in southeastern, ma.
The employment specialist will be responsible for assisting individuals referred by the massachusetts rehabilitation commission in obtaining and maintaining meaningful, competitive employment in their community.
Duties include: managing assigned caseload; establishing trusting, collaborative relationships directed toward competitive employment in community job settings; establishing relationships with community employers to identify job opportunities; conduct job development and job search activities; and provide support to individuals looking to develop work readiness and employment skills.
A bachelor`s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, job development, outside sales, and working with individuals in a human service`s vocational settingMust possess a valid driver`s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to use one`s personal vehicle for business purposes.
40 hour weekly scheduleSchedule is flexible to accommodate individuals` needsThis position is eligible for aei`s benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long term/short term disability and life insurance, 401k, pto, sick time and holidaysSalary based on qualifications and experience.
