Full job description
What we are looking for:
Customer service representative to provide product and service information; support the company sales team; assist with complaints, orders, returns, account questions, billing and other queries; and resolve product and service problems.
General responsibilities:
Work with customers to update and verify their account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for incoming call.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
Advise customers on company policies and information.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Take payment information and other pertinent information from customers.
Support and work with sales team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Be passionate about the products being sold.
Represent the company in an energetic and professional manner.
What you need to bring:
Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
Understanding of wholesale, retail, and e-commerce.
Appreciation of the things in life that breathe quality, originality and craftsmanship.
Thorough knowledge of microsoft office and experience working with an erp systems.
Well-organized, able to multi-task, work on your own or with a team.
Self-starter with a good sense of humor and a drive to succeed.
